Terms and Conditions of Use

  1. ORDERING  & PAYMENT:    You may place your order at anytime online, by simply placing items into your shopping basket. You will be asked if you would like to add or remove items, and given the continue shopping option.   Once your selection is complete, you will be asked to proceed to the checkout for payment.   At this point you will be asked to complete the appropriate questions for you  payment options, which included  Credit Card, Direct Credit and collection and payment at our Retail Store. You will then receive an order confirmation by email.
  2. PRICING:    All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and include compulsory GST, overseas visitors can check pricing in relevant currency.
  3. DELIVERY:  Our aim is to process orders within 24 hours of receipt.  Orders will be shipped using Australia Post.  Should you wish to Register your order we would ask you in include an additional $2.50  to cover the cost.   Postage will be charged at  $5.50 per order, which is designed to cover oversized packages that include papers and cardsotck,  with the exception of very heavy items such as Cuttlebug, machines attract $10.00 postage fee .
  4. OUT OF STOCK and BACKORDERS:   Items that are out of stock may still be visible online especially if we are expecting a delivery.  However we will not keep backorders, so out of stock items must be reordered

     Please Note - No freight is charged on local orders that are collected from the store.
